Salar de Uyuni - The Mirror of the Sky

One of the most impressive landscapes in South America. During the rainy season (Dec-Mar), the surface is covered with water and becomes a giant mirror reflecting the sky. In the dry season, the salt forms natural geometric shapes that look like something from another planet.

Location: Potosí, Bolivia - at 3,600 m altitude.
