TRAVEL BUDDIES SAC (also referred to as the Company here in this document) would like you to enjoy your trip with us with 100% success. The following conditions are your contract with TRAVEL BUDDIES SAC, so please read them carefully.

When you book a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that describe our various policies, including cancellations and our responsibilities. These conditions affect your rights and establish the applicable law and forum to resolve any dispute that may arise. From the date of your first consultation, the pirce provided will be valid for 90 days. If you have any questions about (your holidays) holidays, reservation procedures or sales conditions, please contact the COMPANY because we will be happy to help you. The prices do not apply to your international flights from your home to South America and back or within South America. Our prices do not include international flights to and from South America, international airport taxes, meals not specified in the itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance, tips and luggage transport.

To ensure a reservation with THE COMPANY, the Client must deposit 100% of the total price of the tour to secure the spaces. The deposit is not refundable. Clients who book by phone, fax or email will be considered to have read the booking conditions. TRAVEL BUDDIES SAC received the Client’s deposit. It is at this point that a binding contract arises between THE COMPANY and the client.

The contract is between THE COMPANY and THE CLIENT, which includes all the persons named in the reservation form. The person signing (representative) the booking form guarantees that he has full authority on behalf of all the people whose names appear on it and confirms that all those people are fully aware and accept these conditions.

Payment can be made with credit cards, Paypal, bank transfer or direct deposit, Visa, Master Card, American Express. In case of bank transfer, the customer must assume all the costs of wiring and transfer.

All prices are based on US dollars.

Our prices do not include Peruvian sales taxes. Those exempt from paying this tax must comply with legal standards. For an exception of the IGV (general sales tax), the visitor (guest) must show that they comply with the international treaty standards recognized in Peru by showing a passport, driver’s license or national identity document. Keep in mind that visitors who have stayed in Peru for more than 60 calendar days are no longer exempt from IGV (General Sales Tax). Also, make sure that your identity documents are legible and keep in mind that the TAM (Andean migration card) can not replace a passport.

The final payment must be canceled 30 days before the departure date, if you have a local payment scheduled, you must pay it in full cash in USD upon arrival on day 1 of your trip. If this local payment is not canceled, THE COMPANY will cancel your reservation and cancellation charges will be applied. (See Section 5. Cancellation by you).

CHANGES BY THE CUSTOMER

Any change in the original reservation must be confirmed by the person signing the reservation form. For any change by the Client to the itinerary after receiving a confirmed Travel Program from THE COMPANY, a fee of US $ 10 will apply for change of rate, plus any cost or charge incurred or charged by our suppliers as a result of the modification. . While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, availability cannot be guaranteed.

If a member of your group can not travel, it may be possible to transfer the reservation to another appropriate person, provided a written notice is sent at least 30 days before departure. An administrative fee of US $ 50 will be applied plus the costs imposed by THE COMPANY (it can not be possible in reservations or packages that have Inca route services).

The Client may cancel the reservation at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated in writing to THE COMPANY. The deposit paid to reserve the trip is not refundable. MACHUP PICCHU and Nazca flights payments are not refundable due to the airline’s policy and the policies of the Peruvian Ministry of Culture, which grants the permitted revenues according to the regulation. All other reservations canceled less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the tour are subject to the following cancellation fees: Period prior to departure when a written notice is received as a percentage of the amount refundable.

60 and more days before departure: 50% of the total price (initial payment + Final payment)

59 to 30 days before departure: 60% of the total price (initial payment + Final payment)

From 29 days to 14 days before departure: 90% of the total price (initial payment + Final payment)

Less than 14 days: 100% of the price (initial payment + Final payment)

TRAVEL BUDDIES SAC will do everything possible to operate all routes as announced, upon entering into this contract, the Client accepts that it may be necessary or advisable to vary or modify a travel itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions. THE COMPANY reserves the right to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices (including flights, or other arrangements) at any time and to substitute alternative agreements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no responsibility for the loss of Enjoy as a result of these changes. If we know of a major change at the time of booking, the Customer will be informed immediately. If a major change is required after the reservation, THE COMPANY will inform customers as soon as reasonably possible. When a major change is made, the Customer will have the option to accept the change of arrangements, buy any other available route or cancel the tour and obtain a full refund. This is providing that the main change is not force majeure. Force majeure is war, threat of war, riots, civil conflicts, industrial disputes, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, fires or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transportation, changes imposed by cancellation or reprogramming of flights by a airline, the alteration of the airline, the train, the type of transport or other similar events beyond the control of THE COMPANY.

THE COMPANY is not responsible for any charge in the event of a change – beyond its control – at the time of departure or the date of a journey, flight or other forms of transport.

In case the price increases, THE COMPANY will absorb the price increase if the price increase is less than 2% of the total price of the package. If the increase is more than 2%, the client will have an overcharge for the difference.

It is the responsibility of the client to have a valid passport, visa permits, vaccines and preventive medicines that the authorities of the countries visited may require during the tour. Information about these matters or related articles is provided in good faith but without liability on the part of THE COMPANY

All customers are expected to evaluate that their physical condition is aligned with the requirements of the itinerary of their choice before booking. It is recommended that travelers with pre-existing medical conditions consult with a health professional before traveling on the chosen itinerary. Unaccompanied minors (under 18 years of age) are not accepted on trips operated by THE COMPANY, however, older adolescents may be considered provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts the child’s full responsibility. THE COMPANY reserves the absolute right to refuse a reservation at its discretion. Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of THE COMPANY’s employees, tour leaders and agents, during the tour with THE COMPANY. If, in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a Client before or after departure appears to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of an excursion, the Client may be excluded from all or part of the tour . In case of poor health THE COMPANY can make the arrangements it deems appropriate and recover the costs thereof by the Client.

It is expected that all participants in tours operated by THE COMPANY will obey the laws and regulations of the countries visited and that if they do not, it will relieve THE COMPANY of all the obligations that it could otherwise have under these booking conditions.

Any person who suffers from an illness or disability or who undergoes treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment that may be required during the journey Failure to do so will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and will result in those persons being excluded from the tour in which case all money paid will be forfeited.

If the client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, he should call the attention of the tour leader or other representatives of THE COMPANY at the appropriate time so that they can make their best efforts to rectify the situation. Only if THE COMPANY becomes aware of a problem, will there be an opportunity to correct it. Making your claim known to THE COMPANY, as a problem arises during your trip, will allow us to remedy the situation or provide compensation. If the problem is not resolved, a written complaint must be submitted to THE COMPANY within 28 days after the vacation ends.

THE COMPANY will do everything possible to ensure that all flight prices are correct at the time they are quoted. Airlines reserve the right to modify or withdraw rates without prior notice. Once a deposit is paid on an airline ticket, it guarantees that a reservation is made for you, but DOES NOT GUARANTEE the rate. The fare can only be guaranteed when the flight reservation has been paid in full and a ticket has been issued. Flight reservations can not be transferred.

The flight schedules offered by THE COMPANY are only of general orientation and are subject to change. Updated flight schedules will be shown on tickets. The customer should check the entries very carefully immediately after receiving the latest times. THE COMPANY will endeavor to inform the Customer as soon as possible in case of any alteration in the flight. The details of the airlines are also subject to change. Such alterations do not constitute a significant change in the travel arrangements and, therefore, they will not have the right to cancel without paying the normal charges as a result.

THE COMPANY is not responsible for any delay in its flight either due to adverse weather conditions, the action of air traffic controllers, airport authorities or governments (local), the reprogramming of flight schedules by the airline, mechanical breakdowns, strike, labor action or any other reason.
